Cloud
computing means
that instead of all the computer hardware and software you're using
sitting on your desktop, or wherever inside your company's networks. For you as a service by another company and opened over the internet, usually in the entire whole way. Exactly where the hardware and software are located and
how it all works doesn’t matter to you, the user. it's just somewhere up in the
unclear “cloud” that the internet represents.
Cloud
computing is a catchword that means different things to different people.
For some, s just another way of describing IT(information technology)“contract out”, others use it to mean any computing services provided over the internet or a related network, and some define it as any bought-in computer services you use that sits outside your firewall. However, we define cloud
computing, there’s no doubt it makes the most sense when we stop talking about
abstract definitions and look at some simple, real example-so let’s do just
that.

Advantages of Cloud Computing:

data centers and servers before you know how you’re going to use them, you can pay only when you consume computing resources, and pay only for how much you consume.

INTRODUCTION TO AWS :
AWS full form Amazon
Web Service. Before a factory would classically build an electricity plant and usage
it for their drives. Then power specialists would manage electricity plants to provide reliable power supply at a very low cost to these factories as a whole. The electricity could be created through bigger productivity and the price in this model is also low. AWS cloud follows a similar model where instead of
building large scale structures, companies can opt for cloud services where
they can get all structures they could ever need.
AWS is a growing cloud computing platform that has a
significant share of cloud computing with respect to
its competitors. AWS is geographically spread into regions to guarantee system
robustness and outages. In Japan, Eastern USA, two locations in Western USA,
Brazil, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia regions there are central hubs in
place. There are over 50 services like application services, networking,
storage, mobile, management, compute and many others that are available for
the client easily.
AWS free tier and AWS Budgets :
In this tutorial you
will learn how to control your costs while discovering AWS service presents
using the AWS Free Tier then using AWS Budgets to set up a cost budget to monitor any costs related to your usage.
The AWS Free Tier is a deduction program that
lets you gain free, hands-on practice with AWS products and services. All-new
AWS accounts include the Free Tier so you don't have to sign up for it, allowing
you to try out the services you need to build your workloads from day 1. With
over 80 services in the Free Tier, you can do lots of exploring at a reasonable
cost, or even for free.
Monitoring your service usage and allied costs
while you are discovering and scaling your usage of AWS is often cited as a top
concern. To make sure you don't exceed the Free Tier usage thresholds and your overall budget, we indorse using AWS Budgets. AWS Budgets is a cost control tool
that allows you to create custom cost budgets that alert you when you exceed
your budgeted threshold.
In the next few minutes, you will learn about
the AWS Free Tier offer, discover how AWS Budgets monitors your Free Tier
usage by default, and create a total monthly cost budget that alerts you when
you exceed (or are forecasted to exceed) using AWS Budgets.
It is a best practice
to create a total monthly cost budget for each AWS account you use. AWS Budgetshas a Free Tier limit of 62 budget days per month, so creating a single budget falls within the AWS Free Tier limit. As the name implies, AWS FreeTier-eligible service usage is free.
Set Up an AWS Account and Create a user:

With
Amazon Polly, you pay only for the resources you use. If you are a new AWS
customer, you can get started with Amazon Polly for free.
To Create AWS Account :

Part of the sign-up
procedure involves receiving a phone call and entering a verification code on
the phone keypad.
Note your AWS account ID because you'll need it for the next
step.
Create an IAM User :
Services
in AWS, such as Amazon Polly, require that you provide permits when you contact
them so that the service can regulate whether you have approvals to access the
incomes maintained by that service. The console requires your password. You can create access keys for your AWS account to access the AWS CLI or API. However,
we don't endorse that you access AWS using the permits for your AWS account.
Instead, we praise that you use AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Create an IAM user, add the user to an IAM group with administrative
permissions, and then grant directorial permissions to the IAM user that you
created. You can then access AWS using a special URL and that IAM user's credentials.
If
you signed up for AWS, but you haven't created an IAM user for yourself, you
can create one using the IAM console.
